Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our Site. We value the rights of creators and copyright owners just as we expect others to respect our rights. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright owners or their representatives can send us a notice to remove material that infringes their copyright. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions. To submit a claim of copyright infringement, you must provide the following details to us:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
- Details about the infringing material and its location;
- Contact information for the complaining party;
- A statement confirming that the use of the material is unauthorized; and
- A statement that the claim is accurate and made under penalty of perjury.
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), penalties can be imposed on those who provide false information in a copyright infringement claim.
To submit a takedown notice, please use our Contact page and send it via email for quick response.
It is important to note that we may share the details of any copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice for material you believe is not infringing, you can send a counter notification to have the material restored. Your notification must contain:
- Your signature;
- A description of the material that was taken down;
- A statement that the removal was a mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to legal jurisdiction.
Send your counter notice via our Contact page, preferably by email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers and will terminate the accounts of those who violate our policy.
